Public Relations Newsletter Campaign

For KSB’s wastewater newsletter campaign, I collaborated with cross-regional engineering teams and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department to craft a compelling story narrative around a pilot water treatment plant in Vietnam. This was the first time KSB Asia's article was published on this magazine. The goal was to translate a technical success into a human-centered story that would resonate across both internal and external stakeholders.

I managed the visual layout and curated photo selections to highlight the real-life community impact, ensuring the imagery reflected the on-site engagement and scale of benefit. I also developed the headline and subcopy, framing the achievement in relatable terms, "Pilot plant in Vietnam provides water for 10,000 people” to communicate KSB’s innovation through a human lens.

In addition, I coordinated the multilingual proofing process and ensured that all messaging remained consistent with KSB’s global brand tone and communication standards.
